Do you

Have a strong track record in what you do and do you understand the trade of construction worker/welder? Then we are looking for you! You will mainly build the walls of trailers by welding aluminium. This is easy to learn if you have mastered basic MIG/MAG. Being able to read drawings gives you an extra advantage.

Your duties and responsibilities at a glance

  • Various welding tasks;
  • Reading drawings;
  • Other work applicable to this position;
  • Reporting directly to the foreman.

Are you up to this challenge? This definitely helps

  • You have a VMBO or MBO background;
  • You have technical insight;
  • Experience with welding and/or metalworking;
  • You are result-oriented, responsible, collegial, flexible and accurate.

Mary-Ellen Antheunis ondersteunt al sinds begin oktober onze HR-Afdeling. Mary-Ellen volgt de studie bedrijfskunde aan de HZ University of Applied Sciences. Ze kreeg een parttime contract aangeboden als HR-medewerker en nam deze kans aan om alvast ervaring op te doen in het HR vakgebied totdat ze aan haar afstudeerperiode begint. Het bevalt tussen Kraker en Mary-Ellen zo goed, dat ze de komende 6 maanden haar afstudeerstage bij ons volgt!

Vrouwen vochten voor zelfbeschikking, solidariteit en een gelijkwaardige behandeling ten opzichte van mannen. Kortom, voor gelijkheid. Sinds zijn er grote stappen gezet. Maar we zijn er nog niet. Vrouwen in “mannenberoepen” zien we nog te weinig. Ook bij Kraker Trailers. Maar daar wordt hard aan gewerkt.
