Then optionally choose the rail cleaning blocks. These ensure that your moving headboard moves forward more smoothly. The cleaning blocks are mounted in the runner track of the upper beam and is attached with a chain on to the moving headboard. This leaves no to little charge in the runner track and you don't have to clean it yourself.
