Kraker trailers are available with a bagging unit

Fast, clean and measured unloading

These are the answers to transport issues that make Kraker Trailers "Masters in Moving Floor Trailers". A good example is the trailer with bagging unit. Kraker Trailers developed this trailer at the turn of the century to provide the option of unloading (livestock) feed quickly, cleanly and in measured quantities, which is also packaged at the same time. Meet Kraker’s cargo bagging.

Cargo bagging is an efficient and clean way to unload livestock feed. The cargo is instantly and evenly pressed into a plastic roller. This requires a so-called bagging unit, which is available as an optional extra. The unit does not fit on every type of moving floor trailer as it is hung behind the trailer. On a standard trailer it would exceed the maximum permissible length. The trailers on which a bagging unit is mounted are shorter than a standard K-Force.

300_img_7732.jpgThe packing-while-unloading principle is mainly applied to livestock feed. To make a good role, the driver must be able to control the unloading process. This can be done by means of an asphalt brake. During unloading, the trailer actually pushes itself forward.

The hydraulic system of the tractor vehicle must be adapted with a double pump to control the bagging unit. This controls the 7-fold auger in the unit.

Aveve bought the very first Kraker moving floor trailer with bagging unit in 2010 and the company now also has a second Kraker trailer with this unloading system.

For companies such as Aveve, which transport products such as livestock feed and fertilisers for agriculture and horticulture, a bagging unit is a great solution. The product is unloaded quickly, cleanly and efficiently, with a minimum of product loss.
