"Ordered on Friday, collected on Monday"
Based in Kersbeek-Miskom, Belgium, Jultra BV specialises in manure transport. At the helm are Jonas Maes and his wife Annelies Deryk. The company transports sand and manure, among other things. For the latter, Jultra has ordered a special moving-floor trailer from Kraker. To bridge the period from order to delivery, Jultra rents a trailer from Smart Trailer Solutions.

When Jonas Claes was looking into buying a new trailer, someone advised him to contact Kraker. And because Jonas also heard positive stories about Kraker's quality and customisation before, he put word to deed and contacted Timothy Wuyts.
A conversation in which Jultra explained the very specific requirements followed. Timothy returned to the factory with quite a bit of homework, as Jultra's trailer had to be developed pretty much from scratch. Kraker delivers standard vehicles from stock or with a short lead time, but for a special one, the situation is different. The trailer for Jultra has a longer lead time because, unlike a standard K-Force, there is also quite a lot of work for the engineering department. To bridge the period between signature and delivery, STS was called in.

Jonas is very pleased with the interaction with STS. "On Friday I ordered the rental trailer, on Monday we could collect it from the factory in Axel. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which this was arranged," Jonas says. The delivery of the new Jultra trailer is scheduled for August, until then the Belgian company will use the services of STS.
