Extend the standard factory guarantee

Your standard K-Force comes with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee. If you register your trailer in our Online Service Centre, the guarantee is extended to a total of 5 years! This applies to the standard K-Force. For all other types, the 1-year guarantee can be extended to 2 years. Registration is simple: create an account in the Online Service Centre. After receiving the confirmation e-mail, you can log into your account and complete your registration. You do this by entering the chassis number and the registration number. Your trailer is now included in the vehicle overview in your account.

A complete overview of your K-Force

Registering your trailer provides even more advantages. After registration you have 24/7 access to the Online Service Centre, where you can find all information about your trailer. Manuals, diagrams and the identification card: everything is practically organised. This provides you with a complete overview of the parts for your K-Force and you can also order these parts directly by phone or by e-mail. Kraker Trailers keeps the most common parts in stock in its extensive warehouse. If you place an order before 2 pm, your order will be shipped the same day. If the part you need has a longer delivery time, we will let you know.

It is easy to apply for a guarantee online. Click on "request guarantee" and enter the required information. You can easily upload photos that clarify your application.

You will then receive an e-mail confirming your guarantee request. You can easily check the status of your guarantee, even after office hours. Kraker Trailers will contact you personally to discuss the processing of your guarantee application.

Once your guarantee request been processed, you will see the result immediately. It will always remain visible in the Online Service Centre.
