The pneumatic door locking system ensures that the rear doors open safely and prevents any play. As the control button is positioned on the side of the trailer, you always stand at a safe distance when the doors open. While speed is important during loading and unloading, it should never compromise safety. The optional Cramaro roof makes this possible. The driver operates the roof from their tractor or standing next to it: the roof opens and closes without climbing onto the platform or trailer. Kraker Trailers showcases Moving Smart technology

In 2024, Kraker Trailers introduced Moving Smart, an advanced telematics system that uses sensors to collect telemetry data on all key parameters of the moving floor trailer. This provides valuable insights into the performance and operation of the moving floor trailer.

The collected data is sent via the 5G network to an internally developed platform that drivers can log into via the Kraker dashboard. Smart alerts immediately inform drivers of any problems.

Folding bumper makes work easier

When unloading above a bunker, cistern or on uneven ground, the rear bumper often gets in the way. Krakers' folding bumper offers a practical solution. When folded up, the bumper provides approximately 15 cm of extra clearance. The folded bumper falls outside the unloading area. This means that the bumper and lights are better protected during unloading and no material remains on the bumper. The bumper can be operated manually with a button on the side of the trailer or optionally with a remote control and is lifted pneumatically. By folding up the bumper, possibly in combination with the air suspension in the highest position, you can position your K-Force directly above the bunker. You can then unload the load effortlessly. Choice of different options

You can choose options for your K-Force Agri that make your work easier. Safety is always paramount. Take the floor cover, for example. This cover helps you unload your cargo effortlessly (manually or automatically), ensures that no residual product remains and helps you keep the floor in top condition. With a hydraulic high-pressure cleaner, which can be optionally built into the stainless steel toolbox, you can keep your K-Force Agri clean with ease. Kraker offers an optional grain slide for taking samples, targeted unloading onto a conveyor belt or partial unloading of your load. A service door in the headboard is also available. This door allows you to work behind the headboard, making it easy to keep the space behind the headboard clean.
