Kraker Trailers has an extensive network of certified service partners.
This network provides broad coverage across Europe to deliver good quality support for every Kraker customer.
You can contact these companies for maintenance, repairs, and annual inspections of your Kraker moving floor trailer, or for specialist maintenance work. These partners offer the same quality you have come to expect from Kraker: after a strict selection process, the service partners completed a number of training courses, after which they were appointed by Kraker as certified service partners.
The network has been expanded with three new British service partners:
Birkbeck Commercials Ltd in Longtown, Bibby Commercials Ltd in Warrington and AN Richards in Llangollen.
These three companies also completed an intensive selection procedure before they were allowed to add the designation "Approved Kraker Trailers Service Partner" on the wall.
As with the other service partners, you can buy or order the most frequently used spare parts from Birkbeck, Bibby Commercials and AN Richards.
Birkbeck Commercials is an experienced maintenance company that specialises in moving floor trailers. Birkbeck has a good geographical location, 10 minutes from the M6 motorway, and is responsible for the regions of North Cumbria and the Scottish border area.
Bibby Commercials has a history of more than 35 years as a truck and trailer maintenance company and enough experience, including with moving floor trailers, to provide Kraker services for the North West England region.
AN Richards is the third company that has been added to the list. This family company is a MAN dealer and has been servicing and repairing all types of vehicles for many years, including moving floor trailers. AN Richards also has an extensive rental fleet, including a few Kraker moving floor trailers. Located in Llanglollen, they are the logical point of contact for the North Wales and Shropshire regions.
All our service partners are also partners of Cargo Floor, BPW, SAF and WABCO, among others, so you are assured of specialist knowledge and craftsmanship.
Kraker Trailers has a well-organised in-house After Sales department. Your questions or problems are transformed into solutions, whereby downtime and problems are limited as much as possible.
