The clever structure ensures that the floor sections sit tightly on the subfloor. This is especially important at the rear of the trailer as this is the point where most of the cargo passes through. That is why the trailer has been reinforced at the rear with a steel beam and a stainless steel wear plate. An extra robust floor guides guarantee years of trouble-free loading and unloading under the most difficult conditions.
The special structure ensures that hardly any residue is left behind. The K-Force contains the highest number of crossbars that provide optimal floor support and guidance. The connection of the crossbars consists of four bolt/nut connections per wall with an unprecedented long service life. There is a screwable bearing strip on each crossbar.
